Summary
A great opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join a well-established company who has many sites across the UK. The organisation employ over 200 members of staff across a number of divisions. This role would be working on behalf of their ever-growing fencing division based in Leeds. The role is a days’ based position working Monday-Friday.

 

The Role
Working within the security fencing division, the Contracts Manager will be working closely with the Regional Manager and Contracts Team to deliver fencing projects.
We are seeking an individual who has experience of installing fencing or has experience of running contracts in a construction environment.
Duties will include:

  • Managing installation teams on multiple sites
  • Liaising with clients, as required, throughout the project
  • Assisting with site Health and Safety
  • Producing site specific RAMS for each project
  • Assisting with materials control
  • Full control of site plant hire
  • Handling and ensuring all projects are handed over to our clients snag free

 

The Candidate

  • Experience in working on Construction Sites
  • Minimum CSCS accreditation
  • Evidence of the ability to solve problems and deal with difficult situations that may arise
  • Knowledge of fencing types and installation processes for fencing, gates and related products
  • Experience in supervision of tradesmen
  • Vast experience within the security fencing industry
  • Proven track record for managing large contracts on time and budget
  • Must possess strong team working skills
  • Full UK Driving licence
